Gimme Sum A Dat Juice repeats as B League champions to give Kenny Campbell what is perhaps his last title with the team.
Getzville, NY- In an epic conclusion to the second running of the B League, Gimme Sum A Dat Juice handed Beals on Wheels their first loss of the season to end their run and capture another title. It was a hard fought game as Gimme Sum A Dat Juice jumped off to a quick 21-5 lead behind the three-point shooting of Kenny Campbell (14 points) and Jordan Martin (20 points). But Beals on Wheels fought back in the second half to come within two points in the final seconds of the game. Although they never led, they gave themselves a chance to tie or win the game at the final moments, but could not connect on the desperation shot at the buzzer.
It was a fitting conclusion to Campbell’s career in the B League as he brought home the title in both runnings of the league thus far. Can Gimme Sum A Dat Juice build off his legacy in Season 3?
