The Kid’s Fitness & Sports Program is designed to improve the fitness level of your children, encourage team building and create a positive social experience by introducing them to a mix of fitness activities and team sports each week in a fun and relaxed environment. Each week participants will start out with a warmup and stretch, followed by some fitness drills, and then be split up into teams to take part in games of basketball, soccer, football, baseball, and other games to be determined. This program will not only teach kids the basics of a number of sports, but will also introduce them to concepts of teamwork, self-improvement and confidence building while making friends and staying fit. The program encompasses not only sports and fitness, but also takes a holistic approach to your child’s health and development. All participants will receive a custom made Healthy Buffalo performance tee, individual and action photography and a memorable highlight video of the camp as a keepsake to last forever.

The Healthy Buffalo Kids Fitness & Sports Program Details:
- Program is led by Healthy Buffalo founder Chas Kirsch and coach Kevin Kirby.
- This program is for young kids and requires some parental engagement during the program to help the children through the activities.
- A custom-made authentic Healthy Buffalo performance tee with the player’s name on the back for all participants.
- Six week program.
- Special guest instructors from the Healthy Buffalo universe throughout the season!
- Highlight videos.
- Photography and video of all participants.
Session 1 Schedule:
Week 1 (3/9): Opening day intro and workout with Chas and Kevin followed by basketball and other activities to be determined.
Week 2 (3/16): Warm-up and intro by Chas Kirsch and Kevin Kirby, followed by football led by retired Ken-West Hall of Fame Coach and former Alabama Football star Jerry Tutwiler
Week 3 (3/23): Kids Boot Camp led by Danielle Cronin of the Buffalo Fire Department
Week 4 (3/30): Wrestling with state champion wrestler and engineer Frank Affronti and 2017 ECIC II Coach of the Year, Starpoint Head Coach Steve Hart.
Week 5 (4/6): Boxing and Self Defense with Golden Glove champion and owner of Boxstar Training Drew Graziadei
Week 6 (4/13): Warm-up and intro by Chas Kirsch and Kevin Kirby, followed by soccer led by the Soccer Sunday team
