The Healthy Buffalo Beginner Sports Program is designed to improve the fitness level of your children, encourage team building and create a positive social experience by introducing them to a mix of fitness activities and team sports each week in a fun and relaxed environment.   Each week participants will start out with a warmup and stretch, followed by some fitness drills, and then be split up into teams to take part in games of basketball, soccer, football, baseball, and other games to be determined.  This program will not only teach kids the basics of a number of sports, but will also introduce them to concepts of teamwork, self-improvement and confidence building while making friends and staying fit.  The program encompasses not only sports and fitness, but also takes a holistic approach to your child’s health and development.  All participants will receive a custom made Healthy Buffalo performance tee, individual and action photography and a memorable highlight video of the camp as a keepsake to last forever.

WHAT: Kids Fitness & Sports Program (Ages 4-6 and 7-9)
WHERE: Herbert Hoover Middle School, 249 Thorncliff Rd, Buffalo, NY 14223 (We had to move it from Ken-West to Hoover Middle!)
WHEN: Monday mornings starting July 1, 2024

GROUP 1 (Ages 4-6): 9:00 am -10:30 am
GROUP 2 (Ages 7-9): 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

DATES:  7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12
REGISTRATION FEE: $109 for the first 15 kids signed up in each group! / $119 for the remaining spots!
CO-ED: BOYS & GIRLS ARE WELCOME!

The Healthy Buffalo Kids Fitness & Sports Program Details:

  • Program is led by Coach Dan Hannon and Cory Martin.
  • A custom-made authentic Healthy Buffalo performance tee with the player’s name on the back for all participants.
  • Seven week program.
  • Highlight videos.
  • Photography and video of all participants.
