WHEN: Thursday nights starting February 12, 2026
GAME TIMES: 7:30, 8:30 & 9:30 pm
WHO: Men & Women 18 & Over
SKILL LEVEL: Recreational

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Just $79 early registration! / $89 for the regular registration!

*Individual registration includes a beautifully stitched custom Healthy Buffalo jersey.

REFEREE FEE: $45 per game, per team.

* Registration includes one year’s membership dues in Healthy Buffalo for all registered players.

Additional jerseys can be purchased for $15 each.
The season includes seven weeks of regular season action and two weeks of playoffs for every team.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS, LEAGUE FORMAT, RULES & DETAILS:

- Registration is individual, but you can gather a full team, sign up solo, or with a friend or two. If you are putting together a full team, just indicate the team name or players you are playing with when signing up. Same thing if you would like to play with a friend or two, just indicate as such on the roster request field when registering.
- At least two female player must be fielded at all times during the game.
- Goals scored by female players count for two points.
- Indoor turf shoes are recommended and shin pads are required while playing.
- No slide tackles.
- The 5/4 rule will be in effect. If your team goes up four goals or more you must play with five players instead of six. If the score gets within three points again, your sixth player may reenter the game.
- We will roster ~10 players per team.
