WHERE: Lincoln Park Athletic Complex (435 Decatur Rd, Buffalo, NY 14223)
WHEN: Thursday nights starting November 6, 2025
GAME TIMES: 7:30 & 8:30 pm
WHO: Men & Women 18 & Over
SKILL LEVEL: Recreational

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Just $79 for the first 30 players signed up! / $89 for the FINAL spots!

*Individual registration includes a beautifully stitched custom Healthy Buffalo jersey.

REFEREE FEE: $45 per game, per team.

* Registration includes one year’s membership dues in Healthy Buffalo for all registered players.

THE HEALTHY BUFFALO CO-ED SOCCER LEAGUE INCLUDES:

Beautifully stitched custom made Healthy Buffalo soccer jerseys for all players.
Additional jerseys can be purchased for $15 each.
The season includes six weeks of regular season action and two weeks of playoffs for every team.

Live Facebook updates including, pictures and highlight clips.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS, LEAGUE FORMAT, RULES & DETAILS:

- This league is all individual registration. If you would like to play with some friends just indicate as such when signing up!
- At least two female player must be fielded at all times during the game.
- Goals scored by female players count for two points.
- Indoor turf shoes are recommended and shin pads are required while playing.
- No slide tackles.
- The 5/4 rule will be in effect. If your team goes up four goals or more you must play with five players instead of six. If the score gets within three points again, your sixth player may reenter the game.
- We will roster ~10 players per team.
