NEW TEAM REGISTRATION (Includes up to 8 jerseys): $400 early registration / $450 late registration
EXISTING TEAM REGISTRATION (Does not include jerseys): $350 early registration / $400 late registration
NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION (Includes jersey): $55 early registration / $60 late registration
EXISTING PLAYER REGISTRATION (Does not include jersey): $45 early registration / $50 late registration
REFEREE FEE: $43 per game
