HEALTHY BUFFALO DAY WITH THE PRO BRAND DESCRIPTION:
The Pro Brand’s founders Tony Watson and Rod Middleton are putting on a special edition one day event for Healthy Buffalo. The participants will be split up into two age groups and alternate between 40 minute training sessions on the basketball court and a 40 minute training session in the weight room learning different exercises to complement their game.
Rod and Tony have both led championship teams in Healthy Buffalo leagues and many of the top kids in our leagues train with The Pro Brand.
